  • Horrible experience from start to finish! Look out, no one will take responsibility for any problems, or mistakes! We had our refinance done through them and it was a nightmare from day one! The person who prepares the documents, gets the loan payoff info, escrow info and accounts, made at least 4-5 mistakes that cost us over a thousand dollars! Now there was an over payment in our taxes and they many not refund our money!!!! It was money we had to bring to closing and now they want to keep it????????????? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Headache after headache and weeks of work to actually get your old loan paid in full and the new one financed.
