  • Nice people. Ineffective service. Months of multiple calls, reminders of my ongoing rodent issue and a few CSI worthy investigations have done nothing to diminish the amount of rodent poop on my front porch. It took multiple conversations to convince staff that mouse poop was mouse poop, not "seeds", not "organic matter", just old school mouse poop. Apparently MY mice don't like their bait, so I am stuck. Thankfully my contract is up. More effort to coordinate with this service than just deal with problem myself.
