  • This location is terrible. They signed me up for a 1 time a month spray tanning package. It was only supposed to be $20 well I started getting charged $42/month as well as every time I went in to spray I was paying anywhere from $17-$32 additional! The wait times were ridiculous I could be getting hints set up and people would be walking in behind me to tan and the girl would stop with me and help them. I can understand as it doesn't take as long to get them into a bed as it does to get everything together for me to spray but when keeping me waiting over 20 minutes is just a bad customer service move. I finally moved out of that area and went to a different palm beach tan and when questioning the price I had been paying they looked and told me I had been set up for unlimited sprays and that the price ranged because of different colors and discounts employees were giving me. NONE of this had ever been told to me. I decided to stay and give the new location a chance since they didn't speak very highly of the university city location and they had the new Mystic machine That experience was horrible, I have never had a spray tan run and look so blotchy as I got out I had to rub it all in to make sure I didn't look horrible! Needless to say I can't continue to give this company $42 a month and then whatever else I have to pay on top of that each time I go in to be treated the way I have or look the way I do coming out!
