  • This is a review on the post procedure staff. There is a consistent look of dread on their faces. After waiting 2 hours for what was told to be a 40 minute process, it's understood. This place is a factory, once they have your $$$ and have performed the procedure, the experience takes a 180. Extremely frustrating. No one makes eye contact with you as they know how pissed you are. Because each patient needs an escort, there is a double layer of resentment and guilt in the air. No wonder there are nice TVs in the multiple waiting rooms, we watched (4) 30 minute episodes of "lake house bargains". Dr Wellish should staff up or take less clients.This place makes you angry. Look elsewhere if you value your time.
