  • One of the worst experiences I've ever had was with this place. I brought my 2008 Chevy Cobalt SS in to get fixed because the turbo was not working. After one of the mechanics looked over my car he told me it was due to my intakes so he told me if I was going to get a new intake I may as well get aftermarket to increase the power in my car "which sounded appealing at the time". I also had the ad an aftermarket exhaust for the car. After everything was complete I spent over $2,000 on the procedure and when I got my car back the turbo still didn't work.... So I asked them to take the parts off and that I didn't want them, and they refused saying they couldn't since I had already used them. So at that point I went to my bank and canceled the transaction, and asked to speak with the owner. I believe his name was Chuck if I remember correctly. He was one of the most arrogant inconsiderate people I have ever met and refused to help me out in the situation on how his mechanic took advantage of me. Oh did I mention that I was only 19 years old when this happened??? In my eyes these guys are nothing but crooks and Chuck went after my bank and had my $2,000 charged back to my account. I would never ever recommend anyone to go to this shop. They are literally just waiting for people who don't know what they're doing to just fork them over money and then burn them. If he didn't steal all my money in the first place I would have hired a lawyer and went after him. I also for forgot to mention that Chuck canned that mechanic right after that incident his name was Jon, but I still haven't seen a dollar since the incident about a year ago.
