  • I have to say what they've done with the old Olympic facilities is pretty clever, and Biodome is a perfect example of that cleverness. To get in you have to buy your tickets at a counter, which also sells tickets for the Tour de Montréal, the Insectarium, and the Planetarium. Unfortunately, the line can get long, but fortunately it moves quickly. The Biodome is set up into four parts, each made up of a different region. Each segment has animals corresponding to the environment, as well as climates. The tropical part is warm and humid and has animals ranging from macaws to monkeys. The others also had their respective animals, so you can expect to see sturgeons, puffins, a raccoon, lynx, gulls, and penguins, among others. I feel like the target audience for Biodome is school-aged children, but it's really enjoyable for everyone, and makes a good distraction for a couple of hours. Think of it as a mini zoo.
