  • After a difficult purchase due to price difference and financing "sales" I finally found help 48 hours later from manager Mr. Killean and John Finocchi. John patiently went through the computer system on my CPO FORD EXPLORER which did not come with an owners manual but they ordered one for me. I now feel better knowing how everything works. He even offered future help if I run into problems. Missing a plug for the backseat lighter/electrical but everything else seems to be great. Thanks again guys!
