  • Really bad customer service and their prices are too high unless you get a good sale. Also, very limited stock. I buy here only on extreme sales and when I cannot get the electronics I need on Amazon or Fry's electronics. I am surprised BB is not bankrupt yet given their bad customer service. Of course Fry's Electronics also has bad service!
