My contract ended today! So after what I thought was bad service at Verizon I headed down to US Cellular today. Only to find out there is over a 30 min wait to talk to someone to buy service. That begs the question if you have to wait 30min to buy a cell plan how long will you have to wait when you have a problem? My guess if the are so busy the don't care if they staff their store they clearly don't care for you as a customer! To be fair I did ask if I could make an appointment. The answer was no. I also asked if there was a better time to come back, and after a lot of evasive answers, the girl admitted 30 min wait a better then average. What?
