  • Things were great from the moment we pulled up . $18.00 valet service (gets billed to room) the ladies at the front desk were very friendly and talkative . The atmosphere as you walk in was very bright and clean . They directed us to our rooms with detailed instructions. The security was awesome . U need a room key to go up and down the elevator . Huge room, comfortable beds, even pull out couch was comfy . Multiple pillow types on beds. The shower has automatic dispensers that have shampoo , conditioner and body soap. Plenty of towels in bathroom too ! Room was updated and beautiful . We had a view of the fountain outside our window , so nice ! Multiple doors to come in hotel from all sides of hotel with room key . They offered breakfast , we didn't eat though . Workout room ,pool and sauna also , though we didn't use any they all looked nice and taken care off . I would recommend the Drury Plaza of Cleveland especially for the price of $169.00 a night for a 1 bedroom suite , that could very well sleep 6 people .
