  • Update- after 5 weeks of calls, repair man visits, paperwork, follow ups, mistakes & etc. the ottoman was finally replaced- the fabric is not a perfect match but very close...batching. All in all the quality of the build is fair- not good. I wouldn;t shop with them again UNLESS we were taking something of of the floor we could examine before purchase. Mike
