| - I stopped by their "to go" bar to pick up an in flight dinner on my way to Detroit. The "Stetson Chopped" (vs. chopped Sterson - ew!) salad caught my eye. You can get beef, chicken or salmon. Last time I checked, PHX is a ways from the ocean even if it is an airport. So, I went with the chicken. Very nice! Well seasoned, so I didn't use more than half the accompanying dressing. Expensive for what it is($14.25) but average pricing for an airport.
The salad had chicken, corn, arugula, pumpkin or squash seeds, and other chopped up stuff. Best to check out the photo I uploaded with this review.
In the end, especially with the quick and courteous service, I decided this is a place to remember positively at PHX, which has not been a happy food hunting ground for me the other 100 or so times I've been there.
