  • All the booking was done by email with a text confirmation a few days prior. Not having to deal w phone calls is a plus for me. Appt was set for 8 am. I got a call at 8 am saying they'd be there at 830 or 9. I got a call at 9 saying they'd be there in 15 min. They arrived close to 930. Not cool, but since they kept me informed I won't hold it against them. My floors look outstanding. These guys are detail-oriented and extremely polite. I have only tile in my house w bare concrete in 3 bedrooms. No carpet at all. Approx 1400 sf but I had them go around beds, couches, etc. rather than move the furniture, so it was much less than 1400 sf that got cleaned. $210 total. I think they did a very good job with my old off-white ceramic tile. It looks almost new. Grout is immaculate, too. I recommend that you confirm your price in advance so there are no surprises.
