Given I have routine weekly cravings for char siu bao and egg tarts I have to say Koko is probably the best I've had in Cleveland. They're priced pretty much at dim sum rates which is perfect and worthwhile and lets me buy an exorbitant amount whenever I go. The only problem is that too often they run out. If you hit them up any time after noon, there's a 50:50 chance they'll be out of the BBQ pork. There are other options, but for me personally, it's just not the same. I haven't branched out to too many other desserts but their veggie rice cakes are a go to snack for me....as long as you're not counting calories. And my husband says they have pretty clutch sandwiches tho we don't get that as routinely given the proximity of Szechuan gourmet and Wonton for real meal food. Their frozen steamed buns are probably closer to 2-3 stars, the wrapping however doesn't last and you should consume them before they get freezer burned so essentially eat them that day.
Vietnamese coffee is potent and delicious and if I'm ever lagging, a guarantee pick me up beverage.
