  • My previous review i wrote was 5 stars but I've changed that based on my last couple of visits - I thought maybe it was just one bad employee but now I've been in a few more times and still hasn't been great. My mom wanted something for under eye and she was shown a few things but nothing tried on her skin so she bought a roller and it ended up burning under her eyes, returning it would be simple if she didn't live in gravenhurst. Every time I've gone in its chaos , the square one is exactly the same and they aren't under Reno like sherway ...it's nearly impossible to get help . You have to catch someone and i mean quite literally run and follow someone to ask them for help. I needed a brow stencil and a eye brow razor and I was told to wait they would ask and then never returned and just basically ignored. I used to love shopping here and there have been a few times were the people working have been so nice and helpful but there's also some girls working that really don't care. Anyways I finally got my stencil on the second visit ( out of stock first time) noone helped try it on or tell me how they work..i get home to realize there's only 4 out of 5 stencils in the package. I called to tell them and that I could return the Friday (2 days later) and the girl didn't sound pleased I'm assuming by the sound of the phone slamming down in my ear Hopefully sephora experiences get a bit better because I really used to love going in
