  • Extremely unprofessional. My mother passed away yesterday. A friend ordered me flowers from them. They rang the doorbell unannounced. I work from home. I wasn't able to get to them due to work. Other friends and family had ordered from other flower companies who were much more empathic to my situation and had no problem leaving the flowers at my door for my retrieval. They sent me a text telling me I would have to come today before 5 to pick up my flowers since I was not ready when they spontaneously showed up. They refused to re deliver at a mutual time that worked for both of us. When I called them they were extremely rude, the girl talked over me, she was aggressive and completely unprofessional. Be aware that this company will not work with you or be understanding to your circumstances. I would be very surprised if they are in business much longer.
