rev:text	PLEASE AVOID BRINGING YOUR CARS HERE! I took my 2011 Toyota Camry here to get fixed after we were in a collision. At first the owner Ernesto was and said he'd take care of everything and leave it in BETTER conditions then it was before the accident. But once the insurance check came in he was rude and disrespectful. It's been 5 months since the accident and we have been in and out of that shop this entire time. My car is falling apart and for these past 5 months he denies of giving me any type of documentation like my receipt for what I paid, warranties nor a statement of what was actually done to my car. I HAVE NOTHING NO RECORDS OF ANYTHING. I called my adjuster and the sent me the final estimate he gave them and on the estimate he charged them for original parts and I got AFTERMARKET PLASTIC. And to top it off the bumper is not the actual bumper for my style of car. It keeps falling off. I took it in today to ask him to replace it with the original part and he said he would fix what I had but not replace it. He then said he did extra stuff to it just for being nice to us and to give him $1000 first and then he would give me documentation. That was the first time I ever heard about $1000 and if he did extra stuff he needed to tell the insurance so the insurance could pay for it. (My adjuster state they never received any documents of adding more stuff to the estimate if he would if they would of paid for it). He yelled and cursed at us so we told him we'd be taking legal matters in this situation and his response was "lawyers can't do shit on me". PLEASE DONT GO HERE 16st and Van Buren! It's not worth it!
