| - I have been going to Cleveland Yoga for a few years (since the old studio) and have had very positive experiences here. The teachers are great, there are all levels of classes, the kids yoga is really kids yoga (NOT babysitting my 4 year old and 7 year old will go any day of the week) and last but not least - they keep it hot.
Surprising to most, Cleveland has a VERY fit advanced yoga community. In an all levels class it is not surprising to see more than half the class in headstand and people challenging themselves to "find a new edge." Most classes are based on Vinyasa flow and have a healthy balance of spirituality mixed with an a$$ kicking. You will leave class feeling renewed, strong and ready for life's challenges.
What else you should know? The workshops are great, if you are newish stick with 60 minutes classes, the studio brings in amazing out of town teachers (don't sleep on these) and the boutique is surprisingly nice.
Tami runs the studio with the perfect mix of class and "do the right thing." It is clean, well designed and efficiently run. I have been consistently impressed with how the studio has grown (great teachers = great classes). You may be surprised to see 60-80 people in a class, this is not an accident. Classes fill up because they are delivering the goods.
Take a workshop, try a few teachers, experiment. Don't be intimidated by the class size or advanced level students or even affinity for lululemon clothing. Everybody is a sweaty mess by the end of class. You will lose weight, feel better and get stronger at Cleveland Yoga. What are you waiting for?
