  • Horrible customer service! I have been a customer for few years and had no issue. Till they damage my trench coat since "they forgot" to dry clean it! They offered me to report a claim and pay me back. I did report a claim and I haven't heard back for few weeks. To make the long story short, after few months and multiple visits they finally paid 1/4 of the actual price for a coat that I barely wore for 5 times! The owner took no responsibility and I absolutely recommend you to stay away from this store specially if you have valuable cloths!
