  • Hi, We recently relocated to Scottsdale. I took my two Border Collies, Cami and Miles, to Kosmo's to use their self - service dog wash. Both dogs were blowing out under coat and really needed a bath. So, after a quick online search, I ran across Kosmo's. No appointment needed to use the self service dog wash, but they only have two self service stations, so you may want to make an appointment if you were going at a busy time, say like a Saturday morning. I went mid - day on a Wednesday and had no wait. Staff was super nice and helpful. Provided quick and efficient instructions as to how to use their facility. They provide all of the basics (like towels and shampoo), plus extras like "no tear" shampoo for the face and full coat conditioner. All products were in this awesome natural smelling plumb scent. All of the standard grooming tools are provided for brushing coat, including a de-shedding comb, which was really nice. The professional quality stainless steel grooming tubs and hoses with constant temperature control and front open tub doors were all great. There was no lifting of my dogs to get them in and out of the tub. They provide a professional quality blow dryer as well. All of this for just $15.00 per dog - for my size dogs. 20 - 40 pounds is the weight range I think to qualify for the $15.00 fee. I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes. Picked up some great all natural marrow bones on the way out. They seem to be well stocked with high - end pet supplies, but I didn't have time to fully check it all out. They also give you a loyalty card that they stamp and after you get so many stamps - 8 I think - you get a free self service wash. So, overall I had a great experience and highly recommend. I will definitely be back! :-)
