  • So, I drove through the ATM today. My money came out sideways and crumpled. I pull it out and $40 stays behind. I park my car, go inside, a nice girl with a tablet (basically a greeter), asks me what I need. I tell her my issue and she goes to ask her manager what to do. The manager isn't really concerned, she says "tell him to file a claim, check to see if it's stuck half way(the money). I explain it stayed inside, so after going outside and asking the person at the ATM if they see anything stuck the girl finds someone to take a claim. Right of the bat, is there not something wrong here? I'm asking about protocol and training? An ATM machine is malfunctioning and you just pass me along to the next person. No question as to what's wrong with the machine, let's get a person to open it and check etc. you know, professionalism. So another employer begins the claim process and start asking me if I want a checking account etc. WTH? I want my damn money. Just then another employee walks up with two torn $20 bills. The woman who was at the ATM was luckily honest and brought them in. Then the employee says he'll tape them. What? He thinks about it and after stopping to help someone else finally gives me two whole $20 bills. Sorry to call you out, but this branch needs some training!! So unprofessional, and it starts with the manager who doesn't want to deal with it. I still can't believe a bank is run like this. Wow!!
