  • I hired them for a complete front yard demolition and re-design and the job is now complete, but... They are HIGHLY DISORGANIZED. They do not show up when they say they will, and then show up unexpectedly on a day that was not scheduled and expect me to be available to accept deliveries of material. Even the owner promised to be at my house to oversee an issue being fixed, and he never called or showed up. Of course this lead to the job not being finished properly again b/c I could not stay to oversee the work either. They have billed me the full amount before the job was complete, which gives them little incentive to come back and fix the minor issues. One last thing, even though it was a huge hassle getting the work coordinated and done right, the actual work was very well done and looks great.
