  • As far as studios in the Cleveland area, this is a good one. There are many classes throughout the day and I enjoy the heat and longer time-frames of classes. I will say, however, that 1. I wish there were mirrors for checking alignment 2. I would love more feedback and hands on adjustment 3. Less loud talking/asides and irrelevant comments from the instructor and more authentic experience of yoga, not just physical asana practice. I do love all the Cleveland yoga goodies available in the studio shop and also believe the facility is very clean and well-kept. UPDATE (3/8/17): I feel like I need to update this review! If you want hot yoga, this is really your best option in the Cleveland area. While places such as Chagrin yoga offer barre, yoga pump, and Bikram, among other styles of yoga, Cleveland yoga definitely has well-trained, experienced teachers in comparison. I have had some classes where the instructor was on their phone speaking out flows without even glancing up, and others where the instructor was super dedicated and walked around making adjustments. I would recommend doing their $20 intro week deal to vet out teachers and decide who is best for you. Teachers I have loved are Marni Task, Tami Schneider, and Scott Supler (more athletic so beware!). I also like Christina LaMarca's yin class...it's more like physical therapy and helps if you run or do other workouts outside of yoga. TIP: get to class EARLY!!! the rooms fill up (especially on popular weekend classes) and you will be within inches of your neighbor. If you don't mind sharing a little mat sweat, this isn't usually an issue :)
