  • Went here one time and got the family meal for $20. When I got home there was no cole slaw or gravy for the potatoes. I drove back and explained what happened, I asked the lady (Esmeralda) if I could have an extra gravy for my troubles. She scoffed at me and said no it's $1.30. I'm not opposed to paying but was grossed out at the lack of any customer service.
