  • DKI was assigned by Alacrity Services out of Oregon. They do the assigning of contractors for our insurance co! The adjuster for our insurance was timely, however, since DKI stepped in, got our deductible $$$ - CRICKETS unless I call one of the managers. Then non committal, vague answers. Claim filed 4/16/18; today is 5/8/18 only two items of many have been done. Two stars is generous because their managers are skilled in fluff.
