rev:text	DONT MOVE HERE- when I first moved in I had a great leasing agent helping me name Savanna- who worked out all the chaos the other leasing agents had created (that should have been my first sign not to move in). I then had referred 2 of my friends to move into the complex- because I was having no issues so far...(besides the fact that my cabinet paint is peeling off and immediately started to do this after I moved in -because they just paint on top of the old stuff).. I was supposed to receive a referral check for referring them- little did I know the only way to get that check was to go fill out forms in the office.... so about 4 months after my friends moved in I finally went in the office and asked what was going on with my referral check. I received the check about a month after filling out my paperwork for it. My poor friends unfortunately had even worse luck in their apartment- cockroach and ant infestation galore! They also have had to have their washer/dryer replaced multiple times and have had to go weeks without their own. I feel horrible for referring them to this place. Now as I am moving out- the new girl who was assisting me with my move out documents apparently messed up on what I owed for final move out. Now they are calling me telling me I owe them more money than I signed for.... YEAH RIGHT. They said if I didn't pay the extra money I would accrue late fees and a 5 day move out notice... Okay so you threaten me for YOUR MISTAKE? They seriously have the worst customer service, maintenance service and management ever. There are so many better options than this place- don't get screwed over like I did.
