  • I stayed here years ago on a multi-day company paid outing and had such a great experience that I feel I must share...First off this is Hyatt, a full service, almost all inclusive facility WITHOUT any of the pretentiousness nearby facilities have, so let your guard down a little and enjoy the beautiful amenities. One of the many reasons I stay at Hyatt hotels exclusively...Being a golf nut, my review will primarily focus on that aspect. Three different 9 hole courses with three distinct personalities, what a breadth of fresh air that is of itself. We had a early am company golf tourny that was very well organized, straight to the cart to load up, we were told you have 20 mins to stretch, practice putt, grab some refreshments, etc. then were off and running. Probably the fastest, smoothest, tourny start in my long golf career. We had GREAT box lunches waiting for us on one of the holes, plenty of refreshments along the way, staff that asked if we needed anything with a smile. As the tourny finished it was then dinner and trophy time, this is where I bugged out as I didnt need to be there. I went out for more golf...I ended up playing 45 holes that day LOL. Now the secret as to why I was able to do that: 1) Middle of summer at noon on a golf course in Phoenix means no one is playing golf, (except idiots like me...) 2) SHADE everywhere...this actually is a rarity on desert courses as there arent a ton of shady trees to hide under, contrary to popular belief Saguaro cactus do not provide enough shade. 3) Water stations everywhere, make that ice water filled water stations...4) A cart girl who constantly was checking up on me (without being bothersome), asking if I need some bottled water etc, and making sure I wasnt more delirious than when I started...and 5) just well thought out, fun, mature, challenging 9's with a great staff...So, beyond the golf, fantastic pools, and the fantastic rooms, everything was Hyatt awesome. I believe we ground level with a nice quiet patio. If I remember correctly they have a variety of rooms avbl all over the property of every conceivable floor plan and size. One more thing, I noticed the $$$ price point above, during summer there are plenty of $$ deals, as thats Phoenix's off-season...Enjoy
