  • We made my son's first trip to sky zone today. Everything was set up great but the customer service side of things was terrible. I am an adult with a two year old and the girl from 3-4 pm watching the child zone was completely rude and made me feel like I was a child being scolded for doing something wrong, when I was simply holding my son because it was his first time there, it was a very unfamiliar place to him, and he wasn't quite sure about it yet. Apparently that's not okay. I understand rules but I do not feel that applies to the "one person per square" rule. Could use nicer people.
