  • My girlfriends smoked salmon in and it was raw in the middle. My other friend had pizza and the dough was raw inside. I told a waitress about it and she said she will tell our main waitress about the problem. We waited for a while and realized she didn't tell her. So I went up to our main waitress and she apologized and offered a replace or a substitution. My fish and chips were just nasty. Amateur line cooks?
