  • I never thought about reviewing our waterfall maintenance guy. We've been using Bob and his son Troy for 3-4 years. Maybe longer. They have always answered our calls within a day and often are here the same day I call. Just last Thursday our floater went out and we were the new owners of almost a pool on the patio. Bob promised to be out first thing the next morning. Surprise! Troy fit me in about four hours later and replaced the float.
