So as I am still a resident at Cabrillo, and have lived here through three ownerships since 2013, I thought I would post an updated review. A lot of the negative reviews on here reflect the time immediately following Greystar selling the complex and I completely agree with them. I even began searching for a new place to live as it went downhill pretty quickly. Amenities were always closed as mentioned, I spent over 2 weeks waiting to get my garbage disposal fixed, among other crazy unprofessionalism. HOWEVER, they did a pretty clean sweep of the office and have made a complete 180 of those first few months. The grounds are kept up really well, they are making beautiful even newer updates in every unit that is vacated (white cabinets with stone countertops and pasta arm sinks, HGTV lookin stuff), and when I made my last maintenance call they were over in 30 minutes to fix the problem! I even got a call two weeks back from the office just to check and see if I had any issues to report, which no company has ever done where I've lived and I really appreciated it. They really have made an effort to improve based upon what I am experiencing as a resident here. And with the new updates coming in, it really is a great deal what you get as far as location and aesthetics for your dollar.
