  • I called them out 2 years ago to fix my garage door, they installed a set of springs, new cables and a set of rollers. I was tole i had a lifetime warranty on the springs and they were great springs woul last 25000 cycles. Well 10 months later springs broke. Called them back and was told springs not warranty. I paid 700 dollars the first time 10 months ago. Ok so they waranty the springs but not the install, after i was gonna call someone else. Now 1 year later. Springs broke again. And guess who i did not call. And you should not either. But i did call out another door company. And they fixed it, with the proper springs. I was told by the tech that the springs that were on the door were under sized and the cheapest springs on the market. Do not use this company. They will rip you off.
