| - Have been a 30 year customer and have seen it go progressively downhill. Was driving out of my way to get here but will now drive to Phoenix and told the Bingo manager that my $$$$ will now go to Talking Stick! 1.) Bingo hall cashiers are few and far between. Came at 6:20 pm to play Bingo at 7:15 pm. There are 60+ people in line at 6:20 pm, by the time we got our machines, the games we were charged for ("early birds" at $5 each) have already been played. Bingo manager said his employees were out sick. So why don't you step up to help? Oh, so you can charge people ($15) for games while they are still in line and make more profit. "Handicap line" had non-handicapped people cutting into the front of the people in line and the cashier's said/did nothing. Bingo manager was rude and argued that I had no reason to complain about standing in line for 55 min. and being charged for games while still in line. The place was packed on 1/3/18 and they stated there were NO waiters to take any food orders in the Bingo hall. So since you can't leave your machine, you starve! That really was a blessing since the food from the bingo hall is low, low quality and tastes like crap anyway. Big payouts are few and far between. Their descriptions of their prices and levels changes every week and the cashiers are rude. The "non-smoking" Bingo hall is a joke because you have to stand in line/walk through the smoking bingo hall to get your machine. You will have to wash all clothes and take a shower when you get home! It WAS a good casino 30 years ago but now it is a pathetic, old, run-down, smoke filled place, with rude employees, poor ventilation, horrible food and lousy payouts. Good riddance to Fort Horrible and onto Talking Stick!
Sincerely, a Former customer.
