  • I saw some negative reviews on yelp but I thought I might be the lucky one to get some good service here. Wrong. I called to get a quote on four new tires and an oil change they said it would take one hour. 3hours later and I'm still here. I told him that I was going to take my dog on a walk in the park and after an hour and 45 minutes I decided to call them to see if my car was almost done. They never attempted to contact me even though they took my phone number and assured me that they would. I watched my car sit virtually untouched for over one hour in the garage. My experience here was overall train wreck and it is still not over. In the end they did discount my bill and apologized but at that point the damage was done, the appointments I had made previously had to be canceled because this ate up my entire afternoon. They blamed their inability to give an accurate time estimates on their manager Mike being out.
