  • I've been here several times over the years and have always loved it. Last night was my first time in since the remodel. I miss the old Joe's :( maybe I just don't like change, but I feel like the old Joe's just worked better, I honestly feel like it would be more cramped during a rush if people are getting their sodas right near the pick up window. I didn't really like the new table set up either, maybe I'm the only one who enjoyed getting my own condiments from the pumps, but it felt like I was having a picnic every time. Now all the condiments are in a tray on each table and the utensils are in one of those metal shake cups - I just imagine little kids licking all the utensils and putting them back in. Yuck. As for food, I received a pager like usual, and then someone brought my food to my table. Weird. I miss the baskets and I feel like the fries could have used another couple of minutes cooking, they were cold and limp. I ordered the fontina burger with no bun which was tasty but I remember it being better before, maybe I just have a sour taste now. I'm not sure if prices went up but my friend ordered the new Gouda stack burger and upgraded to garlic fries and a soda and his total was $20. Yikes.
