  • Love what we ordered here. The chicken is crispy outside and tender inside. The etouffee is fantastic as well!!! Will return to try other dishes on menu! 2nd time we came here on a Saturday for brunch. We ordered beignet (each order comes with 3), and Crawfish Spinach Dips as appetizers. Both appetizers are pretty good! Entrees wise: Chicken Waffle (not the type I like though, the chicken lost its crispyness once mixed with cheese, etc), Cajun Chicken Omelet (it's not bad but not great), Burbank Chicken (again, our favorite one so far besides etouffee.
