  • I was a patient of Dr. Lucas' for 10 years and after she left, I continued to go to IAM for medical care. After my last appointment, I am disappointed to say that I will not be going back. The front office staff is incompetent. They cost me a couple of hundred dollars out of my own pocket for THEIR mistake. I called to see if we could negotiate some kind of alternative, but they were rigid and unapologetic. They ended up sending my balance to collections. I finally paid it. BUT THEY WERE WRONG. EFF this place. (Yeah, I'm pretty angry.) Go here if you want to get screwed and be misinformed.
