B-List. Impersonal. Generic. Big Business Feel. Bought my car there 7 years ago. It was unpleasant then, the steel-gray corporate banker feel. Fast forward to June 2013. I ask for a full bumper to bumper inspection as I consider selling my car privately or whatever. What I get is a nice sheet of paper with a few nice lines in the happy face columns. No indication of the condition of the brakes / when need replacing, the condition of the rotors, the depth of tread remaining on tires, what maintenance will be required in the the next few thousand kms. The car was in an accident and repaired. They couldn't find that either. I guess the repairs were super professional. All that for $200. Disappointing. Is there a mechanic in town that thinks of and treats a customer's car like their own? Get as many cars through in a day. If you want mediocre/average, head straight to Calgary Honda. That's what you'll get. Your choice. For real.
