  • We didn't have a long wait to be seated and we're greeted immediately. The menu was okay I didn't like the font or design a little confusing and unappealing. We didn't wait long to get a drink. After we were served our food no one came back to ask if everything was okay. I had the rancheros dish and my husband the crab cake sandwich. The food was good. However, I had to wait 8 to 10 minutes for the waitress to come back, then I was able to ask for a side of sour cream. She took about 10 minutes to come back. My husband asked for a refill and never got one. When she came back with my sour cream I was already done. It's a shame the service lacks on very important aspects. They need to be more prompt with refills and asking if things are okay. Otherwise you will wait 10 minutes if not more to get a refill or anything you may need. I don't think I will be back. The food doesn't match the service.
