  • I spoke with Ruby and set an appointment. Gave her my specific information including the phone number. She was aware that I was renting the home and it was warranty work. All I needed was a drain snaked. The tech never showed and when I called Ruby answered again and gave a lame excuse about having the owners information only. Funny how I specifically gave her my info 3 days prior. She actually had a little attitude on the phone passing the blame off. Lost a morning and part of an afternoon waiting. What a joke. It's called communication people. Still waiting.
