  • Miki and her husband are great but the other girls are mediocre. I forgot to ask for the name of this particular girl but she is one of the few that speak English working out of their old shop. She filed away at my nail polish instead of using nail polish remover and it was already a red flag. My nail beds are quite weak and thin as I get my nails done frequently so to file it down even more was a HUGE mistake on the technician. My nails were not short but she still insisted she cannot shape them square so she just followed my natural nail bed instead of shaping it with any effort. Instead of filing them, she used a nail clipper and cut them super short causing them to be super painful now! When I asked her for her suggestion on a colour because they didn't have the colour I wanted, she rolled her eyes and took her bubble tea and walked away from the store. I get that you get what you pay for mentality but I cannot condone bad attitude during a service. I'm not asking for a conversation but I'd expect you to be polite enough to respond a question. Go back for Miki otherwise you'll end up with painful MAN NAILS!
