  • The professionalism of the Staff is unfortunate. I have visited this Practice for several years but improvement has not happened. Every time I visit, at least every 6 months, the topic of the music and radio rings on and on. Staff conversation is inappropriate and staff act like the patient is not even in the chair. The Docs are personable, but not the other staff. It's unfortunate as this could be a pretty convenient option for many. I'm moving to a local dentist in my community that will still be able to provide good care, but also great customer service. As a side note, the Staff smoke behind the building and then come in to do patient care. The smell of smoke on their clothes is awful and I have even asked them to wash their hands before beginning my services because their hands smelled.
