  • I also came here initially for a Groupon laser package and was nervous. But Cynthia (owner) described everything so well and thoroughly (& she is so patient and has such a soothing voice) that I felt at ease. I have had laser by the Soprano XL in the past and it works very well (one of the top 2 lasers based on my online research), but I needed a second batch of 6 sessions on my legs which is typical. The deal that Osole provides for laser for either 3 or 6 areas is unbeatable! (With or without the Groupon). Knowledge: 5/5 Cindy and her daughter (who helps out from time to time) are both very knowledgeable about the theory of laser, skin type and hair growth patterns. And give you a realistic idea of what you can expect eg possibly needing laser touch up in a few months. Other laser staff are good but good to have first consult with Cindy as she is an expert & used to teach it. Ambience/Service: 5/5 Very nice decor and laser rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. The waiting area is comfortable too and they offer you water. Appointments run on time typically which i really appreciated. You leave with the date and time of your next appointment. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. And they work fast! I was always amazed at how quickly they got me out of there while still being friendly & professional and kind. Now they have 2 laser rooms whereas before they only had one. Prices: 5/5 I haven't found such good laser deals/prices with a "new" Soprano XL laser (watch out for those Groupon places that are using a 15-20 year old machine!) I bought a 2nd package as it was more economical than just getting one area done alone. And they synced the timing so I was just coming once for all of it (other than the 2 sessions where we played catch up, meaning I came for two separate appointments, so that in the future, all areas could be done in one visit, which is was fine with me). Last thing: Would I recommend to a friend? YES! And I already have and she loves them too. Next I want to try a pedicure there now that nice weather is here.
