  • You know I so bad want to keep my five star but time and time again they fall through. Decided to make a list of thing that they should improve. 1. Having stock of things.... so many times they are out of certain flavors. Need to put a sign up if this is gonna happen. Yesterday we came in and waited in line just to find out the flavor we wanted wasn't in. Then the guy was just like whatever about it... The people in front of us asked for boba and they ran out? I know you have to cook it but come on out again and again. 2. The people who work here now are just rude the two guys went out to smoke one night when we came in and didn't seem happy that they had to come in to work and not be able to just hang out. Do know what happened but going down hill. 3. The spoons, seriously though. Buy some more durable spoons. The spoons you have bend so easy it is hard to pick up my ice cream. 4. Stock things! I know I said this but seriously you guys have run out of cookie butter or Cookie Monster every other time. So much potential in this place and just going down. Come on guys, we had to leave to go elsewhere for our ice cream. The place we went to is about a block up the street just on rainbow and my goodness the staff is Amazon you get greeted hen you walk in and they have flavors that we want.
