  • Great Pier to spend a lazy afternoon fishing. I spent many days here as a youth honing my fishing skills. They have a bait shop with what now appears to be somewhat sufficient food for an afternoon at the historic park. The beach is nice mid summer but not much for swimming. This is also a good area to launch your kayak if you want to paddle around a bit.
