I paid for the extreme winter wash, the undercarriage spray didn't work and the turbo dry at the end didn't work. The employees inside were as helpful as the manager allowed. They gave me another code to try again. Same problem the second time around. They couldn't give me a refund unless their manager approved it. The employee called the manager and put me on the phone. The manager, Darek, proceeded to yell at me and tell me that the car wash was working fine and would not give me a refund. Since it didn't dry I got water spots on my car. The manager was extremely rude.
