  • One of the worst hotel experiences. Said they couldn't change my room multiple times. Run around with incorrect billing. When you shower the whole bathroom becomes a swamp and it spills over to the room. Room temp wouldn't get below 73* Not a huge deal but carpet wasn't installed correctly for such an "upscale" hotel I'm a guy so I lift the seat when I pee, so I didn't enjoy holding the seat with my hand because it won't stay up. It's not free to park
