  • Although the saleperson was great, we saw a futon frame online under "specials", at a sale price and when we wanted to order it we were told it was scratch and dent only. BUT it did NOT say that on the website. They wanted to charge over $100 more than the website stated. This is the old "bait and switch". For them not to honor the price is bad business and i would never trust them.
