  • Well, it was good while it lasted. I came in for a fill before a trip out of the country. I asked the nail tech to make my acrylic thicker so they won't break since this nail salon always thins them out. He told me no, which was followed by me asking him again. Basically I was now arguing with him to make my acrylic thicker. He said no multiple times because "it's not pretty". I accepted defeat that even though I'm paying for this I can't get what I asked for. He took this thick clear gel out and said it has fibers in it so my nails won't break. TWO days in, my nail broke from pressing a button (not even with my nail). Then the day after my other nail broke by me opening my bag. I also am pretty sure this salon uses MMA products. Would love to see a sign saying that they don't and use EMA.
