  • Messes up my order every time. Flatbreads are cold in the middle and not thoroughly heated. I ask for pumpkin flavored and I get regular coffee with no flavoring. I ask for 6 munchkins and I get 5. Now I have two kids fighting over the odd numbered donuts. NO NAPKINS! How can you order bagels with cream cheese and give no napkins. Nice. Customer service is horrible and rude. They are not very nice at all.
